here’s a bit i’ll share Uncategorized / October 27, 2010 fried cilantro. it’s the jam heat up oil, drop the cilantro in, stalk and all, let it sit maybe 45 seconds (you’ll know when it looks crispy, not saggy), dry it on a paper towel, salt a bit, and then NOMNOMNOM. it’s delicious on rice and fish.
