closet cravings

Closet Cravings / September 10, 2019

1 – I love a duster, and this one may be a super-splurge but I best it will stand the test of more than a few seasons.  I’ve seen a few very chic long sweaters walking around in nyc for a night lewk.  feeling inspired to give it a go myself (worn with a cropped jean, and sandals)

2 – how smart is this little duffel?  I have a very modest bag game, but this could really move me into the semi-finals.

3 – I think this is the boot I’m going to invest in for fall.  feels like this is me now.

4 – fall uniform contender – rock n’ roll sweatshirt, pleated midi skirt and sneaks.  cash me outside all season long in just that.

5 – you gotta click through to check out the details on this topshop dress.  the pattern is really attractive and the back has a cute little cut out!

6 – freaking good looking.  I saw this dress on a fashionista doing fashion week things and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it.

7 – my fall skirt.  say hello

8 – I’m really digging a cardinal red stripe these days – very specific right?  so this turtleneck called to me. wonder what sound a cardinal makes? chirp.

9 – a fall sneak for your fall sneaking.

10 – this jumpsuit is rad and I’d like to have it on right now instead of the jeans that I’m wearing that are too tight in the lady-parts.

11 – my friend bought this cardigan and I have to say, it’s even better in person.

"Date 1944. Sorority sisters at the University of Texas." by sdasfvrce in OldSchoolCoolOn East Lake Shore Drive, this co-op project combined 2 separate units last updated in the '60s into 1 lavish apartment with a gut-remodel, relocating the kitchen to the front of the apartment overlooking the lake. Interior by Summer Thornton Design
ter bath, Thornton juxtaposed diagonal swaths of Calacatta Monet marble with Breccia stone to distract from the room’s asymmetrical layout while providing a unique take on tradition, highlighted by the Waterworks fixtures and a freestanding tub by Ann Sacks. The oak paneling was detailed with black molding, a reference to the hand-painted ceiling in the living room.
