CRAFTING
I dialed my DIY up last week with a major marbled ornament sesh. I've done this a few times, and it's always pretty easy, and entertaining to combine the colors to see what you end up with. Order the glass balls on Amazon (I usually get a few sizes), and then a kit of acrylic paints (I like to add in some neon). You'll want to cover your work area with newspaper because it ultimately gets messy. Just drip in a few squirts from your fave color combos, and place the balls on a dixie cup, or back in their container, rotating every few minutes or so to get full coverage. Give them a night to dry, pop the top back on, then add a pretty ribbon to hang with. Makes a really great gift!

WERKING
I've been consulting on a very cool new site, artsuite.com - it's an online platform for buying fine art, plus sharing stories of artists and collectors all over the world. One of the perks of the job is the opportunity to shoot some of my fave peeps in their homes, showcasing their art collections. Let's do a whole post on that next week, but in the meantime, be sure to check out this week's collectors - my friends David and Kalah, who's approach to acquiring art is equal parts of-the-moment and intrepid investment.

GIFTING
Just a quick pub serv annouce that Furb has some really kewt gifts that can still get whereever you need them to land in plenty of time. Send a bestie or a worstie a pal pack with an ornament, maybe a cute coaster set for zoom cocktails and a very chic christmas candle. It is entirely possible that I have personally burned through 2 classic nest candles, and have graduated to the 3-wick.

DECORATING
Consensus is everyone's Christmas spirit is harkening on high this year, and yer girl is no exception. Case in point: this massive poinsettia we picked up at Logan's Nursery last weekend for really no reason at all, and despite me not really caring for poinsettias at all. I guess this is me during CovidtimesChristmas - bring on the festive and add whatever flair sparks holiday joy, right?
DIGGING
How dope would two of these Gucci pillows be on a bed? Someone get couture Santa on the line -- I've got a wish that needs to escalated to the front of the fancy list.

WATCHING
I was very excited to start Jenna Lyon's new series on HBO Max: Stylish. It's a competition reality situation, which I typically can't do, but how can you not be curious what Jenna's up to? More than anything, I love seeing her Soho loft IRL (sort of) and understanding the layout with all those crannies full of eye-candy. My overall take 4 episodes in - I'm hooked. She's funny, her style is spot-on and her 'chief of staff' Kyle is totally likable. The challenges seem a little low-budge for her, which makes me wonder where did all the money go, but otherwise, I'm into it.

WANTING
This SJP look spotted on the street in NYC is errthang. I'm back and forth on my Farm Rio feelings. Always adding to cart, but when the goods in, they're often super over-sized (I feel like everything runs SO big), and sometimes the quality isn't quite where I'd prefer it to be. However, I do have two skirts that are great great great, and SJP makes me want a puffer.
