COLLABING
Youda thought I'd been flung into another solar system - I've been blogabsent for so long. Gurl, I have many balls in the air and the blog has felt like a very slippery small racquetball that I tried to catch several times but there were fiery volleyballs coming at my face, so I had to let something slip. Gonna get back at it - and let's start with this rad new wallpaper mural we're carrying, from my friend Jordan Ferney and her hugely-talented husband Paul. Jordan started a new wallpaper company, @midnight.house, and Paul hand-painted this mural, which they turned into a user-friendly 9 panel setup that's easy to install, and can stand on it's own, or you can continue it on several walls by ordering more.

WATCHING
Late to the game on Emma, because I think it came out in Febraury I think?, but here 👏🏼 for 👏🏼 it. It's our girl from Queen's Gambit, which I know we all watched, and she wears so many marvelous hats. It's very Sophia Coppola, think Marie Antoinette stylez - although it was directed by Autumn de Wilde, and it's a real eye-candy extravaganza. I ate it up - 10 out of 10 says it's a snack.

READING
I couldn't sleep a few nights ago - like 4am still into it and nothing, so when Amazon Book Aisle recommended this Kevin Kwan for my algorithms, I one-clicked. I liked the whole Crazy Rich Asians a lot - not like crazy devotee a lot, but yes, all the vibes. But this book - even more! Less story-line, but more detail description of a certain lifestyle, set in Capri, that you are instantly in the know. It's pure indulgence, and I lapped it up.

LOVING
Last but abundantly not least - my new chair. We recently moved upstairs to the master suite in the house in Aspen, and in making it our own, I maneuvered this chair into our life, and could not be more stoked about it. A Chairish find, it's an OG Edward Wormley for Dunbar in faux shearling, and pristine condition. Never has a clothes-catcher and abandoned-pillow-holder-at-night looked so sexy.

WEARING
I had this La Double J dress bookmarked for a NYE non-event, but as fate would have it, my non-event turned into an entire nonstarter, so I wore a festive sweater and sweatpants instead. However, I dared to dream of a NYE not so far away where we can sashay and soiree late into the eve, wearing sparkles, sequins, feathers and furthermore, no more masks. Unless it's like an Eyes Wide Shut moment, and I'd probably just walk into that party to get an instagram, and leave because sexual adventure is probably not first on my list of fast comebacks after Covid.

DECORATING
I finally found a rug I think will make my living room come to life. It's a gorgeous antique Chinese Art Deco rug - huge, and full of crazy colors, like neon orange, and amazing patterns, like some chinoiserie bamboo, with spots! My coffee tables are too heavy to move on my own, so she's just there holding space, waiting to be unrolled in her full glory when I literally hire some movers to come over and help situate the situation.

PINNING
From it-girls instas to Italian apartments, red locks to luscious bathrooms, I've been on pinning spree. Sorry bout yal when I wasn't blogging but I was pinteresting up a storm. For all things that catch my eye, may I suggest a skip over to the Pinterest Page where I keep the inspo spinning all night long. Like I'm a DJ - get it?
