WEARING
This new skirt from Stella Jean is extra-fun, dontcha think? And the Aspen cashmere sweaters is one of my faves from CJ Laing, a Palm Beach boutique who had a very cute boutique here in Aspen for a couple of years. Not terribly surprised they didn't make it, as a gypsy island vibe is kinda hard to pull off in a ski town, even in the summer. But the sweaters are great (they still have them online), and now that the world is opening back up, you might catch me somewhere gypsy island vibes, ya know?

READING
I just ordered Beata Heuman's new book - Every Room Should Sing, and I'm very excited to dive into a real book. I think I've poured over all of her portfolio online but it sure will be nice to have an IRL moment with some glossy pages. I also ordered Fawn Galli's book - Magical Rooms - a few weeks ago, and it's full of tons of work that's new to me. She was a fave from the Domino days. I always loved those long silky green drapes - remember?
HOWLING
Only in Aspen has Major discovered his howl. You have to get him started with some group howling (the group is Tad and me) but then he really takes off on his own. He's a cutie pie, and I'm rull glad to have him here with me. He's a huge fan of the snow, and we've had a blast bumping around in the 2"+ here in the backyard. He loves to bury his head in the snow and dig -- for what, I do not know.

WATCHING
Ok, I am about to finish season 2 and things are a bit hectic. If you're not in the mood for an anxious, uncomfortable time, I'd say skip Search Party. If you can hang, however, it is very very funny and dark. Four friends in NYC navigate a major tragedy, and their stupidity, resilience and ingenuity is fun to grab a front seat for.
ORDERING
Praise be I have a trip planned to Palm Springs in mid-April, so I've been on the search for fun night time dress. It can get a bit balmy in the evening, so long sleeves are key. Most everything at Saks right now is 25% off, so I grabbed this Staud dress. I was back and forth on the color combo, so I ordered the black/tan and the green/ivory. I'll keep you updated. Also I'm trying these sandals for a lil Sprangy springs vibe.

FOLLOWING
I'm nearly positive we've talked about Nashville decorator Jessica Stambaugh before, but let's revisit. She came back into my orbit last week as I was browsing around on Schumacher's site, and found this article on her reno of a log cabin. I'm constantly searching for some real life inspo for this here cabin in Snowmass, so I dug in. Her IG feed is chock-full of eye-candy, so I highly suggest you give it a follow.
